What happens if I must cancel my trip?

We require a %50 deposit upon booking. Of that deposit %50 will be returned if there is a cancellation within 4 weeks of travel dates.
What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit or debit cards and check. To make a deposit payment or to get more information please call 615-804-3208.
Do you have any other locations than just Alaska?

Alaska is our first and, at this time, only location. In the future we do plan to expand to other areas.
Will I have cell phone service?

There are a few spots on the property that have limited service. Some providers have better service than others, that being said it is still spotty at best. There will be a satellite phone on the property for emergency purposes.
Will there be running water?

There is no running water on the property. Bottled water will be provided for drinking and water is gathered from the lake for all other purposes. The bathhouse is also equipped with solar powered pumping system.
